Lead the development of Maintenance Management and Spare Parts Management Strategies including common strategies and each Asset Unit in specific, taking into consideration the new technologies applied in new fields.
Lead the development of Commissioning and Hook up strategies including Common Strategies and each Asset Unit in specific, taking into consideration ADMA-OPCO I Share Holders I International best practices and lesson learned, also the responsibilities and accountabilities of different stake holders.
Lead Asset Management data build up, and Engineering Implementation for all the new fields taking into consideration ADMA-OPCO I Share Holders and lesson learned towards achievement of successful implementation.
Lead the development of the Manpower Expansion Strategies for all New Fields including the support from Head Quarters, covering the recruitment, development and promotions of UAE Nationals.
Lead the development of operations business agreement along with Legal & Insurance Division, and Projects Divisions with assurance of shared synergies.
Lead the development Effective Capacity Planning & Scheduling from all aspects of Operations, Integrity, Maintenance, Shutdown, and Engineering.
Lead the development of Service Contracts, Service Orders and any Consultants requirements, lead the communications with commercial division, also lead the monitoring of the progress and achievements of contractors.
Represent New Fields Division towards the quality management system, business planning, innovation award, best initiative.
