- Document scrutiny and collection of applications forvisa processing.
- Handle cash and bank-related transactions ifassigned and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Record & maintain all application data, ensureaccurate & timely data entry into the system with zeroerrors.
- Ensure all administration and logistics for passportdelivery to consulate lapplicant /Mlogistic company.
- Inform the applicants about the availableValue-added services and ensure delivery ofvalue-added service options to applicants.
- Bachelor\'s Degree is a must.
- Very good command of English in both written andspoken.
- Customer Service is Experience or Training isPreferred.
