Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor and improve operational processes.
Manage budgets and forecast financial performance.
Supervise departments such as kitchen, service, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Enforce safety standards and maintain a healthy work environment.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team
Coordinate and supervise the work of various departments, including production, logistics, and customer service.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic goals.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Implement quality assurance programs.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent /Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Min 8 -10 yrs. of Experience in Restaurant Field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and conditions.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
