Operations Manager Events Division

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Events Division. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who can oversee all aspects of operational execution for events, bars, clubs, and other hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth deployment and mobilization of contract staff while maintaining high standards of service delivery to exceed client expectations

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for venue managers, ensuring schedules are created, updated, and communicated effectively.
• Manage on-site operations for bars, clubs, and events to ensure timely responses and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by attending regular meetings, providing progress updates, and addressing feedback promptly.

Operational Oversight:

• Create detailed operational proposals, including timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and compliance with local legal obligations.
• Conduct weekly venue visits
• Oversee end-of-month processes, including timesheet verification, client approval submissions, and invoice generation.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

• Implement operational enhancements to increase efficiency and service quality, documenting improvements in Continuous Improvement Logs.

Team Leadership and Staff Deployment:

• Manage the deployment and mobilization of contract staff across various venues, ensuring effective supervision and timely performance evaluations.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Facilitate training and development programs to ensure staff meet client and company expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event operations, bar/club management, or related fields.
• Strong background in operational management, with a proven track record of managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and operational tools like risk assessments and CRM software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
