Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly monitor and audit inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.

Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.

Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Oversee the order fulfillment process.

Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Address and resolve any issues related to fulfillment, including delays and discrepancies.

Develop and execute stock replenishment strategies to ensure optimal product availability in showrooms.

Collaborate with showroom managers to forecast demand and determine appropriate stock levels.

Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.

Identify and address backorder situations promptly to minimize customer impact.

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to expedite backordered items.

Implement strategies to reduce the occurrence of backorders and improve supply chain efficiency.

Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to maximize sales and profitability.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute revenue-enhancing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.

Strong background and experience with Oracle systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in inventory management, supply chain processes, and fulfillment operations.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions using Oracle.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
