Job Summary:



The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role includes daily operations, staff management, Business Expansion and Business enhancement while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:



Oversee daily operations of the spare parts trading business, ensuring smooth execution of processes. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. Establish and enforce best practices for warehouse and inventory management. Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.

Customer Service & Sales Support:



Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Address operational challenges to enhance customer experience and service quality. Implement CRM tools to track customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.

Financial & Performance Management:



Monitor budgets, cost controls, and operational expenses to maintain profitability. Prepare reports on operational performance, KPIs, and cost efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Team Leadership & Compliance:



Lead, train, and mentor the operations team to enhance productivity and skill development. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in warehouse and logistics operations. Conduct periodic audits to maintain operational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the auto spare parts industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics. Experience in ERP systems and warehouse management software. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
