We are looking for a highly organized

Operations Manager

to oversee and manage key business functions, including

logistics, legal court cases, apartment rent follow-ups, and PRO-related tasks.

The ideal candidate must have

experience handling document renewals, labor visa processes, and PRO work in both Sharjah and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize

logistics operations

to ensure smooth supply chain management. Handle

legal court cases, company documentation, and compliance matters.

Follow up on

apartment rents, lease agreements, and tenancy renewals.

Manage

document renewals, trade licenses, labor permits, and other regulatory requirements

in

Sharjah and Dubai.

Handle

PRO work, including visa processing, labor approvals, immigration-related tasks, and government liaison work.

Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, employee visas, and legal documents. Coordinate with government departments such as

DLD, Dubai Municipality, Immigration, and Labor Office.

Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Generate reports and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

3+ years

in operations, logistics, or PRO-related work in the UAE.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

Sharjah and Dubai government regulations, visa processing, and labor laws.

Legal & Logistics Expertise:

Hands-on experience in handling

court cases, lease agreements, and supply chain management.

PRO & Visa Processing:

Experience dealing with

immigration, labor office, and company documentation renewal processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Driving License:

Valid

UAE driving license

is a must.
