Experience Required:

• 6+ years of proven experience in metal work and metal fabrication.
• 5 years minimum in an operations management role within the metal industry.
• Extensive knowledge of metal manufacturing processes, operational management, and team leadership and structural calculation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the metal fabrication facility.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align operations with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in metal work and fabrication is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and quality standards.
