Operations Manager Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management or administrative supervision. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure effective implementation. Monitor adherence to schedules and achievement of operational goals. Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with local and international recruitment offices. Maintain strong, long-term connections with suppliers and partners. Government Coordination: Manage interactions with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and other government entities. Ensure the company complies with local laws and regulations. Staff Supervision: Review task distribution based on branch needs. Provide support and supervision to improve employee performance. Business Development: Propose and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Apply appropriate technological systems to support company goals.
