Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all processes at Pegasus Real Estate. This role is integral to maintaining a high standard of service delivery, managing operational budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably within real estate or property investment sectors, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Efficiency

? Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

? Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

? Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with company goals.

• Team Leadership & Management

? Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

? Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team to ensure high performance.

? Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.

• Client Service Excellence

? Ensure all operational activities contribute to a high standard of client service.

? Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in coordination with the sales and client relations teams.

? Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and experience.

• Budgeting & Financial Oversight

? Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses and allocating resources efficiently.

? Provide regular financial reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

? Work closely with finance to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.

• Vendor and Partner Relations

? Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners.

? Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services.

? Regularly evaluate vendor performance and identify new opportunities for partnerships.

• Compliance & Risk Management

? Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to real estate operations.

? Conduct regular risk assessments to mitigate potential operational risks.

? Develop contingency plans to ensure operational continuity in case of disruptions.

• Reporting & Analytics

? Track and analyze key operational metrics to assess and enhance efficiency.

? Provide regular reports to management on operational successes and areas needing improvement.

? Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Operational Efficiency

? Reduction in operational costs by a targeted percentage per quarter.

? Improved process turnaround times by a set number of days.

• Client Satisfaction

? Maintain a client satisfaction score of [specific score or percentage].

? Increase client retention rate by a targeted percentage year-over-year.

• Budget Management

? Ensure operations remain within the allocated budget.

? Reduce waste and operational expenses without compromising quality.

• Team Performance

? Increase team productivity and efficiency by a specific percentage.

? Ensure timely completion of team projects and milestones.

• Compliance

? Maintain zero compliance violations.

? Complete regular compliance training and assessments.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

? Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or property investment.

? Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing budgets.

? Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory requirements.

? Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in operational software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

? Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across departments.

? Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
