Job Overview: We are seeking a hungry and energetic, dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the full operations of our holiday homes hotel. This role encompasses managing daily operations, driving sales and marketing strategies, and spearheading revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking and planning to all departments, and operational expertise/smooth operations to enhance the efficiency, and profitability of our hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Oversee the entire operations of the holiday homes hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Implement best practices in operational management to sustain and enhance service quality.

2. Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence, including social media engagement and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Revenue Growth:

Identify and leverage opportunities for revenue growth, including upselling services, optimizing pricing strategies, and exploring new revenue streams.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage and adapt strategies accordingly.

Ensure to reach the budget and/or exceed it.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, motivate, collaborate and develop a high-performing team committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of the hospitality service.

Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, enhancing a higher rating than 9 out of 10 rating on Booking.com through exceptional service and rapid response to guest feedback and concerns.

Have a enhanced pampering service to the maximum to each and every guest reaching and most importantly exceeding their wants and needs.

6. Financial Management:

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the profitability and financial health of the hospitality sector.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and suppliers, to support operational success and growth.

8. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in all operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Proven experience in operations management within the 5• hospitality industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.

Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Exceptional sales and marketing skills, with experience in digital marketing strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.

Highly organized with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
