Job Description

1. Directly reporting to General Manager.

2. Plan, Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on project for on time completion.3. Perform daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering/design/site team and prepare interims and completion project reports.
4. Manage, monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion. lead Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other team.
5. Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects. Controlled expenditures within limitations of project budget in coordination to accounts.
6. Monitor, verify and enforce specification compliance of materials at various stages of project. Manage and control Project Budget.
7. Manage material and manpower requirements. Perform preparation of invoices, variance and claims and client follow up.
8. Coordinate, update and attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

9. Always keep good relationship with clients, consultants subcontractors and all suppliers
10. Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures followed and materials used conformed to project specifications and quality standards.
11. Establish and maintain effective Health and Safety system in place for the Projects strictly adhering to standards and specifications.

12. Assure the company procedures and company policies are being complied with Company Business Conduct and Ethics Policies at all times.
13. Guidance and development of subordinate employees to improve project performance and enhance individual career development.
14.Check submittals for materials, Shop Drawings, Time Schedule and Manpower organization.
15. Check and handle all project technical problems.
16. Ensured a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site of project goals and objectives.

17. Conducted site meetings Monitored progress throughout the project cycle

18. Always coordinate with Finance/HR, Admin & all team (office & site) in project operation as a common point of contact to drive the full company operation.

REQUIREMENTS;

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or similar field.

Preferably 8-10years of work experienced in Landscaping and Swimming pool construction in Dubai UAE.

Exposure in managing multiple projects for reputed clients in Dubai UAE.

Excellent knowledge of Contract Conditions, Health and Safety Regulations, Local UAE Authorities Requirements for the Projects.

Must have 'valid UAE Driver's License.

Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

Always professional and have good ethics in working with the team & clients.

Salary is negotiable (depending on years of field experienced)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

• pool and landscape industry in uae: 8 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Registered civil license certificate in DM (Required)
