all aspects of MEP

major cabling works (PAGA, CCTV, LAN), electrical, mechanical, welding, civil, scaffolding, instrumentation, and firefighting systems

Key Responsibilities:
1. Division Setup & Business Strategy:
Establish and lead the new MEP division
within the company.
Develop and implement
business strategies
to secure ADNOC and Oil & Gas sector projects.
Define operational policies, financial targets, and growth objectives.
Drive business development efforts to acquire clients and secure projects.
Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with industry standards.
2. Team Building & Leadership:
Recruit train and develop a full-fledged MEP team
, including:
Sales/Business Development, Estimation & Proposals
Project Managers & Field Supervisors
Electricians, Welders, Fabricators, and other execution personnel
Foster a
collaborative and performance-driven work environment
.
Implement training and development programs to enhance team expertise.
3. Sales, Estimation & Proposals:
Identify new business opportunities in the
Oil & Gas sector, particularly ADNOC projects
.
Lead client engagement, prequalification, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
Oversee
estimation and proposal preparation
, ensuring competitive and profitable bidding.
Negotiate contracts and secure projects aligned with business goals.
4. Project Management & Execution:
Oversee the execution of MEP projects from
initiation to completion
, ensuring:
Quality
compliance with ADNOC and industry standards
Safety
regulations are met at all project sites
Cost control
measures are effectively implemented
Timely completion
of projects within budget and scope
Ensure seamless coordination between
engineering, procurement, execution, and HSE teams
.
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
(sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, suppression).
Ensure full
compliance with ADNOC regulations and UAE safety standards
.
Provide
technical leadership and troubleshooting
support as needed.
6. Stakeholder & Client Management:
Establish and maintain strong
relationships with ADNOC, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
.
Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and contract negotiations.
Represent the company in technical discussions and business development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
7-10 years in Oil & Gas (UAE)
, with
proven ADNOC project exposure
.
Expertise in all aspects of MEP
, including
major cabling works (PAGA, CCTV, LAN), electrical, mechanical, welding, civil, scaffolding, instrumentation, and firefighting systems
.
Proven track record in setting up and managing an MEP division
or similar business unit.
Strong experience in
sales, estimation, proposals, team building, and project execution
.
Deep knowledge of ADNOC regulations, HSE compliance, and Oil & Gas industry standards
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
A person with good contacts /networking in the UAE oil and Gas Industry and familiar with the Market and opportunities
Proficiency in Estimation, Sales and project management
Strong business development and contract negotiation skills.
Ability to build and manage a high-performing team from the ground up.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
