- Develop and execute strategies to maintain and expand client relationships, aiming for high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Lead and manage OPS teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the highest levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
- Implement and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of financials and services provided to clients by conducting regular reviews and audits.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations department, tracking progress and taking action to achieve departmental goals.
- Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex client or operational issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Participate in Recruiting and training, and managing operational staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.
- Manage monthly and quarterly accounting closing cycles.
- Suggest operational procedures and ensure they are followed
