Operations Manager (marble Industry)

Job Description

An operations manager with a specialized background in the marble and stone industry, will hold a pivotal role in directing and overseeing the entire spectrum of company operations (includes sales and marketing) Reporting directly to the CEO, & will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, managing multifaceted teams, and spearheading the company's advancement within the competitive landscape of the construction and building materials sector.

Strategic Leadership

: Provide visionary leadership by developing and executing the company's short- and long-term strategies. Align operational activities with the company's mission, goals, and growth objectives.

Team Management:

Foster a collaborative and high-performing organizational culture. Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams, including sales, marketing, production, and administration

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion. Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence, increase customer base, and drive revenue growth.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely project deliveries. Implement best practices to optimize processes and maximize operational efficiency.

Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Analyze financial reports to monitor profitability, control costs, and make informed decisions that positively impact the company's financial health.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, industry partners, and stakeholders. Maintain open lines of communication to enhance collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the board of directors on company performance, strategic initiatives, and key developments. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to guide decision-making

Performance Evaluation:

Establish performance metrics and KPIs to assess team and company performance. Continuously monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and safety standards. Mitigate potential risks by establishing and maintaining compliant practices

Innovation and Product Development:

Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. Collaborate with the design and production teams to introduce new products and solutions.

Social Media Strategy:

Create and manage a robust social media presence, driving engagement and promoting.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in operations or related. Strong knowledge and understanding of the marble and granite industry. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial data. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and in complex situations. Proactive and result-oriented mindset. Fluency in English and Arabic. Must possess a valid car driving license.
