Job Description
Qualifications/Education Required: Cleaning experience required in a supervisory or management role Educated to a level of understanding the needs of a cleaning Supervisor / Manager To have at least 3 to 5 years Cleaning experience Experience/Aptitude Required: Presentable Appearance Good communication skills Understand COSHH (Chemicals or Substances Hazardous to Health) / Colour Coding / Health & Safety etc. Good understanding of the Contract specification and requirements Excellent knowledge of the site layout - particularly the area of their duties Ability to recognise Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives individual needs Knowledge of all contract machinery and equipment usage required for their location Aware of contractual KPI standards for specific area of Control Ability to instruct subordinates in their routine cleaning objectives Please send your CV
