The successful candidate will be tasked with upholding quality, driving revenue, and guiding a team towards achieving organisational objectives. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing daily operational activities with precision and efficiency. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team. Upholding exceptional customer service standards and ensuring quality control. Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Planning and executing marketing initiatives to boost visibility and sales. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Managing inventory and optimising supply chain processes. Contributing to strategic planning and business development. Implementing innovative technologies to enhance operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of experience in a comparable role within the industry. A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline (preferred). Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
