Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our growing team and drive operational excellence within our iGaming division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business operations, lead cross-functional teams, and optimize processes for enhanced player engagement and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the iGaming platform, ensuring smooth functionality, seamless player experiences, and optimal performance.
• Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement process improvements to maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operational staff to ensure optimal performance and collaboration. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Customer Experience & Support: Ensure that customer service standards are met by maintaining a strong operational framework to address player inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure alignment across various operational functions and effective execution of strategies.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure operations align with industry regulations and compliance standards, mitigating risks and maintaining a secure, fair gaming environment.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and performance data to drive decision-making, measure operational success, and identify growth opportunities.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support operational goals and financial performance.
• Report to Senior Management: Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding operational performance, challenges, and areas of improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including regulatory requirements, trends, and technology.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to implement practical solutions in challenging situations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with gaming platforms, CRM systems, and other iGaming technologies. Comfortable with data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing operations for large-scale, multi-national iGaming platforms.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in the iGaming space, such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
