As the Operations Manager for a leading brand in the Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of restaurant locations across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Develop and implement robust operational strategies and procedures tailored for the Middle East market
Enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all restaurants
Monitor and analyse region-specific and international key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for enhancement and execute targeted action plans
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
Meticulous compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in the Middle East
Conduct regular meticulous inspections and audits to ensure unparalleled quality control and consistency
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and effectively manage restaurant managers and staff members while considering the cultural dynamics of the Middle East region
Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and comprehensive performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team culture
Cultivate a harmonious work environment that encourages collaboration, boosts morale, and focuses on the holistic development of employees
Address employee concerns promptly and professionally, leveraging cultural sensitivity
Financial Mastery
Develop and manage annual budgets for each location, considering economic variations within the Middle East market
Analyse and interpret financial reports to track sales, expenses, and profitability
Strategically implement cost control measures specific to the Middle East landscape to optimise operational efficiency and minimise wastage
Identify lucrative revenue growth avenues, align with Middle Eastern consumer preferences, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer engagement
Elevated Customer Experience and Brand Adherence
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all restaurants, aligning with the cultural norms and preferences of the region
Vigilantly monitor and act upon customer feedback to address concerns and elevate guest satisfaction, upholding the brand\'s reputation
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support region-specific promotional activities and maintain the brand\'s image
Seamless Communication and Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintain fluid communication channels with restaurant managers, staff, and other key stakeholders, considering diverse cultural communication norms
Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and human resources, effectively contributing to achieving regional company objectives

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
