Operations Manager
Job Description
Should have prior experience in landscaping, gardening and construction.
Salary 2-3k plus commission on all new projects.
• Manage daily business operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation
• Oversee account management and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new projects and expand our service offerings
• Supervise and coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscaping and construction sectors
• Collaborate with management to set and achieve company growth targets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
