Job Description

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic Operation Manager. The potential candidate should have Experience in Multi-National Companies and looking for an Operations Manager who comes from a manufacturing background in high end interior fit-out and furniture Industry .

As a General Manager, you will strategically and creatively ensure the best possible experience for managing all task regarding our UAE region and also for our all branches.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have 2+ years of Experience including UAE or Any GCC
• Collaborate with production teams to streamline workflows, minimize downtime, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to develop and maintain quality assurance protocols throughout the production process.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and train employees on safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• A deep understanding of sales processes and techniques
• Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
