Position Overview: The role involves overseeing operation support tasks carried out by the team, ensuring that services meet the required standards for the department.
As Operation Manager you will be responsible for:
Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to support smooth business functioning.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment.
Monitor and maintain operational records, including booking data, vendor contracts, and inventory.
Strategically collaborates with and builds relationships across functional divisions, Corporate Entities, properties and key external stakeholders.
Manage and supervise cross-functional teams
Ensure operational readiness for multiple projects by orchestrating cross-departmental coordination
Our requirements:
Mandatory 2-3 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
