Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and driven Operations Manager for our Aroma Division to supervise daily operations and maintain the efficiency and productivity of our business. This role will involve overseeing service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing operational processes to sustain our market leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a robust operations background, demonstrating successful team management, process optimization, and strategic implementation to enhance operational efficiency and achieve excellence.

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Requirements: Should have 4 to 8 years of GCC experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial position.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications are a plus.

• Oversee the day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality services to clients.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to optimize service efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
• Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests to maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage logistics and inventory related to service operations, including scheduling, procurement of supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for ongoing service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and quality.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operations promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to support business growth and expansion goals.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and propose initiatives for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
