Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of professionals, ensuring effective control across all disciplines, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met in an excellent and cost-effective manner.

• Knowledge of building maintenance processes and techniques
• Proficiency in project management software

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in the building maintenance industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• DM Approved for Pest Control Supervisor
• Valid UAE Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
