Operation Manager for Cafe & restaurant in Dubai Mall oversee & supervise caffe staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
Communicate with staff and resolve their problems to ensure proper work flow
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen and dining area, to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring inventory daily and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties - business meetings - gatherings)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
