• Operations Manager for DSA business (Direct Selling Agent)
• We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in managing large teams.
• Ideal candidates MUST HAVE a background in banking sales or call centre environments.
• The candidate will be responsible for handling/ managing performance for over 100 team member.
• Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and daily reporting for individual employees is essential.
• The role involves overseeing all operations and ensuring compliance.
• The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with the HR Manager and Compliance Officers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
