The Operations Manager for HVAC Maintenance will oversee and coordinate all aspects of HVAC maintenance operations. This role involves managing a team of technicians, liaising with clients, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: o Supervise, train, and develop a team of HVAC technicians. o Plan and oversee the day-to-day operations of HVAC maintenance activities. o Ensure timely and efficient response to maintenance requests and service calls. o Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all HVAC Annual maintenance Contract. o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. o Manage the HVAC maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. o Monitor and control expenses related to maintenance activities. o Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on service quality. Qualifications: . Education: o Bachelor's degree relevant field preferred. o HVAC certification is a plus. . Experience: o 4+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. o Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing HVAC operations. . Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures. o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
