Job Description

? Lead, manage, and optimize the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure successful delivery.

? Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet operational objectives.

? Collaborate with project managers and site teams to address challenges, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

? Monitor construction site operations to ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control.

? Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high operational standards across all projects.

? Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for all projects.

? Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

? Supervise and mentor site supervisors and junior managers to enhance operational performance and team capabilities.

? Implement risk management strategies and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

? Prepare and present operational performance reports and updates to the company management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000\.00 - AED28,000\.00 per month
