About The Role

As an Operations Manager for (Outlet Name), you will be assisting the Director, Food and Beverage in achieving the stated objectives in sales, cost control and colleague retention whilst ensuring the highest possible standard of guest experience. You will possess a deep understanding of restaurant operations and have extensive product knowledge. Maintaining a complete understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs is an essential part of this role. In addition to the above you will implement robust menu engineering strategies and will be responsible for the restaurant upselling program, as well as rolling out the Marketing & Business Plan Tool ensuring the greatest return on investment for the company.

The ideal candidate must have six years of overall experience and a minimum two years of relevant In Room Dining experience or other experience related to this field. You will have played a key role in pre-opening with previous international exposure within 5-star hotel environment. A solid understanding of business acumen, and overall P&L is essential in this role, together with the ability to work with various level of stakeholders working well under pressure and adapting to any situation.
