Operations Manager-Civil Engineer - Construction field

Design and develop projects Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals are met all aspects of a project are coordinated. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Quality Control

: conduct inspections and tests to ensure that materials and workmanship meet required standards.

Problem Solving

: address any issues that arise during construction, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Manging the team and

provide technical guidance and support to team. Review and approve project designs and modifications. Prepare reports and documentation for projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE in the construction industry Minimum 5years of managerial level expertise in the UAE in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferably with SOE license Valid UAE driving license Experience with large-scale construction projects. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
