About the Job We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of two casual dining cafe branches. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality service, and consistent financial growth across both locations. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience while driving the performance of the casual dining concept. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both cafe locations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff to create a positive and productive work environment. Manage and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and meeting profitability targets. Implement and maintain operational standards, including SOPs, quality assurance, and health and safety compliance. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience at both locations. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent product quality and inventory management. Take a hands-on approach in managing manpower requirements, staff scheduling, and overseeing daily operations. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the casual dining or restaurant industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels. Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the brand's reputation is upheld.
