- Overseeing all aspects of the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.
- Managing inventory levels, optimizing stock management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient product storage, picking, and packing.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the fulfillment process.
- Identifying and streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Working with marketing and sales teams to understand customer demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Analyzing operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices in order fulfillment and logistics.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, including inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
