Transguard Group is the UAEs most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 55,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager - Aviation Airport Services to join our Aviation Team in Dubai.Scope: Responsible to ensure all operational and administration components of the clients portfolio are delivered on time, within the scope of the contract and in compliance with Transguard standard operating procedures with a customer service centric approach.To drive operational efficiencies, enhance service delivery, control costs, plan and coordinate managed and manpower services, and ensures profitable contract performance.Work as a part of dedicated Operations team ensuring data integrity and accuracy is always maintained. Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders, such as finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and human resources.Overall accountability and responsibility for site-based management of operations, employees, client, and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all operations and regularity compliance.Responsibilities:Operations
Day-to-day management of operations in client portfolio ensuring that all solutions, both managed and manpower, are delivered in the scope of the commercial client contract and in line with the TG operating procedures, and that revenue and costs are managed under the scope of the contract
Proactively manage the relationship with the client in line with the RACI matrix under the guidance of the Account Manager
Analytics and Reporting
Responsible for the preparations of the monthly TNA, rostering, invoicing, and daily briefing/ catchups with the team
Leads in the measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization
Relationships
Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders as well as the client across all assigned contracts
Be able to lead staff and client meetings in the absence of the Account Manager
Operational Excellence
Drive a lean culture within the team, focused on operational excellence and business performance
Ensure direct reports are focused on value added activity, working towards achieving the goals on the balanced score cards
Maintain, and be able to provide guidance on, an in-depth knowledge of the client's requirements in manpower mobilization, and responsible for client service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI)
Team Management
Provide constructive ideas for improvements in processes and procedures that would deliver further efficiencies and service enhancement
Establish an environment that strives for continuous improvement by encouraging contributions from employees
Monitor all strategies applied by each team member to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of these teams
SkillsKnowledge and Experience:
2+ years of experience in same role Management/senior supervisory position in Aviation industry including 3 years of experience in the GCC
Bachelors in business management/commerce/aviation management
Understanding of KPIs
Understanding of Payroll, T&A systems, Rostering and Deployments
Knowledge of general Operational procedures and overall services
Experience in client management
