Job Title: Operations Manager - Automotive Service Center

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000, based on experience and qualifications

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day Operations, Administration, Finance, and HR functions of our automotive service center. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and have a solid understanding of automotive services. The Operations Manager will ensure efficient workflow, financial accuracy, and a positive work environment that delivers excellent customer service and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, managing schedules and workflow for the service center team.
• Implement and monitor processes for quality control, safety, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners to maintain adequate inventory levels, high-quality materials, and timely part deliveries.

- Administrative Oversight

• Supervise administrative functions, including customer invoicing, record-keeping, and reporting, to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and improve overall efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Financial Management

• Manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor financial performance, ensuring the service center meets financial goals.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processing; track and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze monthly financial statements, and identify areas for cost reduction or revenue generation.

- Human Resources

• Lead recruitment efforts to hire skilled and qualified staff; coordinate with HR for onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Supervise staff performance, providing feedback and guidance to support skill development and job satisfaction.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and conducting regular team meetings.

- Customer Service and Relationship Management

• Ensure high-quality customer service by setting standards and training staff on customer engagement.
• Engage with key customers to develop long-term relationships, gather feedback, and drive customer retention.

- Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure the service center complies with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained in good working order and all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience : 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in an automotive service or similar industry.

- Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory) and familiarity with automotive service software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to work in an automotive environment, which may include exposure to noise, machinery, and occasional lifting of equipment or supplies.
