Requirement's:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 5 years experience fluent in English and Arabic Driving License is must Age must be between 30-40 years

Detail's:

Must be familiar with organizing and coordinating the daily workflow of delivery teams, ensuring that each delivery is completed on time and to the highest quality standards, and developing strategies and action plans to improve operational performance.

Supervise delivery teams and organize work schedules, monitor the performance of delivery teams and ensure that the level of service is consistent with the specified standards, analyse daily and monthly reports to measure efficiency and improve operations.

Ensure the use of appropriate applications and tools to optimize delivery, develop backup plans for emergencies such as accidents or unexpected delays, continuously monitor costs and ensure resources are provided efficiently, ensure continuous communication with customers to ensure they know the status of their orders in real time.

Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery services and handle any complaints or inquiries, ensuring the availability of equipment and vehicles necessary for the delivery process on an ongoing basis.
