We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency in our processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development. including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals. Emphasizing formal service and extensive knowledge of etiquette and F&B background services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement
Oversee project management activities to meet objectives and deadlines.
Monitor profit loss statements and implement cost-saving measures.
Engage in strategic planning to align operational activities with company goals.
Maintaining and increasing the efficiency of business and live up to our brand promise.
Manage and supervise staff in all areas of the restaurant, or/and other branches including kitchen, front of house and stores.
Monitor and control inventory and expenses to meet financial goals.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the all restaurants in wastage ratio.
Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management, F&B background or related
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
Strong background in managing operational functions
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and project management
Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
Strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving business objectives
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel and restaurant management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From AED6,003.90 per month
