We are looking for a driven/experienced individual who has the passion for Service, hard work and dedication. The incumbent will demonstrate his/her abilities through their previous experience within the FM soft services industry.

The candidate must have computer knowledge, customer service skills, negotiation skills as well as managing people skills. The role requires adequate cleaning experience and training metrologies.(BICS an added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cover up all sites under your monitoring and client follow up for enquiries and supplies.
• Should be able to manage contracts and prepare quotation with site survey
• Develop new business strategically understanding the company's development required.
• Knowledge in work at heights such as cradle, rope access method, etc. will be an advantage.
• Handling hard task and ability to mobilize manpower and ability to handle supervisors with instructions and follow up their daily routines and duty.
• Managing staffs and commanding language is most required to motivate and regulate the staffs on site.
• Good English communication skill - fluent English speaking required. Literate in computer skills with emails & reporting using MS office.
• Good knowledge in Health and Safety and Quality management system ISO knowledge required.
• Ability to drive the team with motivation understanding the business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Cleaning Industry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BICS Certificate (Required)
