Your Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee the daily functions of the Morocco office, ensuring smooth operations.

- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Work with diverse teams to enhance and simplify operational processes.

- Remain informed about local and global regulations concerning blockchain and DLT.

- Guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations for all activities in Morocco.

Project Management:

- Take charge of initiatives in Morocco, overseeing projects from start to finish.

- Organize project teams, allocate resources, and meticulously monitor advancement.

- Ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Cultivate and sustain connections with essential stakeholders, such as governmental bodies, industry collaborators, and local enterprises.

- Act as a representative in talks and dealings with external partners.

- Promote a favorable perception within the local community.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and guide a group of professionals, promoting collaboration and excellence in work.

- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and offer coaching and feedback for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

At least five years of experience in roles involving business operations, project management, or related areas.

Profound understanding of blockchain technology and DLT.

Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Competence in utilizing project management tools and software.

Familiarity with the Moroccan business environment is advantageous.
