Job Description

Coordinate with drivers for the timely delivery of vehicles to customers and ensure prompt vehicle pick-up from customers. Regularly update customers regarding the status of their vehicles and align necessary maintenance or service schedules. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely receipt of new vehicles and arrange their delivery when needed. Upload new vehicles to government portals and internal CRM systems (TARS, Salik, Darb) on a timely basis. Ensure the installation of vehicle trackers by coordinating with the tracker company after vehicle reception. Follow up on rental agreement due dates, ensuring customers return vehicles on time or extend their rental periods as needed. Collect pending dues from customers (rent, Salik, fines, etc.) and ensure timely posting in the payment system. Follow up with customers regarding fines related to black points, guide them on transferring black points, and assist in resolving any issues. Coordinate with customers regarding rental extensions or returns and arrange accordingly
