TMC General Contracting is looking for an Operations Field Relations Manager to enhance client engagement and service performance across various job sites. This essential role is tailored for a strategic and proactive leader who excels in building strong client relationships while addressing the operational needs of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary spokesperson for TMC General Contracting, actively engaging with clients, consultants, and decision-makers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Standard Work Implementation : Lead the execution of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all job sites or TMC Projects

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• A positive outlook and pleasing personality that reflects the company's image.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
