Operations Executive Air Cargo
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor ATA/ETA with airlines forwarders/DNATA and ensure freight has arrived as per schedule
• Ensure online Bill of Entries are processed on time
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure that the cargo is delivered
• Prepare and follow up on all documents
• Follow up with customers for the original documents
• Inform customers of shipment status
• Coordinate with the clearance team for the collection of delivery orders from Airlines/DNATA
• Coordinate with the Transport Department/Vendors for delivery of shipments/proof of delivery
• Ensure that all job files and related documents are properly maintained
Key Competencies:
• Minimum 02 years of work experience in UAE
• Strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer service
• UAE driving license holder
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative
• Keen eye for detail
• Freight forwarding knowledge, especially within air freight
• Knowledge of working with portals like Mirsal II, Calogi, SAS, Sharjah Customs, and Zajel
• Knowledge of handling shipments in DNATA and Emirates
• Knowledge of airway bill executions in Calogi and passing bill of entries, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
