Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to manage our order fulfillment process. This role involves receiving customer orders, coordinating with logistics for shipping, and preparing orders for packaging and wrapping. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive and process customer orders accurately. Communicate with logistics partners to coordinate shipping schedules and deliveries. Prepare orders for packaging, ensuring items are securely wrapped and presented. Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments. Collaborate with team members to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency. Address any issues or discrepancies in orders with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in order management software and tools is a plus.
