This role encompasses property management, OA management, facilities management, marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth, coupled with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive operational efficiency and business growth across all areas of the organization.
- Champion the adoption of technology solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation.- Property and OA Management:
- Oversee OA and property management activities, including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and asset optimization, to maximize property performance and investor returns.- Facilities Management:
- Drive facilities management initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable properties that meet the needs of tenants and stakeholders.- Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants, enhance brand visibility, and drive occupancy rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the property management portfolio and drive revenue growth.- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, investors, and industry partners, to support business objectives and drive value creation.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the property management, real estate, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, facilities maintenance, marketing strategies, and business development techniques.
- Familiarity with technology solutions for property management, marketing automation, data analytics, and business intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
