:Role: Operations CoordinatorLocation: Abu Dhabi - HQROLE PURPOSE:Provide and supervise General Services administrative & operations support services either directly or through selected suppliers including but not limited Mailroom Management, Parking Management & Hospitality-Reception Services ensuring high quality and sustainable services aligned with REA\'s strategic goals and objectives.These are the main responsibilities of this role:RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate and coordinate the required services related to Mailroom, Parking, & Reception services.
Oversee daily Mailroom operations and reviewing/validating payables on weekly & monthly basis.
Supervise Reception\'s daily operations (HQ, JAFZA, Al Bateen offices).
Evaluate & facilitate ADIB parking access requests based on set eligibility criteria and ADIB Parking Rules & Regulations & maintaining parking records.
Prepare, review, verify and process all purchases, invoices or expenses for payments as well as maintaining expenditure records related to Mailroom, Parking, & Reception services.
Provide administrative support to the Head of General Service & Managers including drafting and typing letters, memos, and other documents
Undertake General Office duties like drafting and sending letter on behalf of the department.
Review and verify documents and forms for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to applicable rules.
Monitor and control the selection, contracting and supervising supplies & services to the bank completeness and conformance to applicable rules.
Ensure timely delivery of required services to the end users while encouraging competition between the suppliers within ethical boundaries.
Ensure that quotes/ tender is called from selected supplier from Bank Approved Supplier List when requesting for quotations / opening tender.
Observe GS SOPs and PPs to deliver required tasks, services & reports.
