We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with experience in the shipping and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day shipping and logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and clients to optimize shipping schedules and resolve any issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, updating records and ensuring stock is available for shipment.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
• Track and report on shipment status and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist with cost analysis and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring consistent and reliable service.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, regulations, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and transport management systems (TMS).
