Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Position Reports To: Procurement & Logistics Executive
Job Purpose: The Operations Coordinator is tasked with ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. They proactively initiate tasks and follow established processes to maintain business continuity with minimal downtime or workflow disruptions, primarily focusing on local purchasing and logistics activities.
Responsibilities:
Logistics & Transportation:
• Coordinate material deliveries from the warehouse to project sites.
• Manage drivers' schedules and company vehicle maintenance.
• Plan installer logistics for smooth site deployment.
Purchasing & Orders:
• Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
• Handle payment arrangements and coordinate collections.
• Track order lead times and keep management informed.
Project Coordination & Resource Management:
• Keep project information up-to-date in relevant systems.
• Monitor project timelines, address delays, and ensure timely completion.
• Track and manage company resources like phones, SIM cards, and cars.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement processes, vendor management, or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
