Position: Operations Coordinator Reports to: Operations Manager Salary: AED 8,000 to 12,000 + single visa & medicalLocation: DubaiJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Superstar to manage the day-to-day operations for a Dubai-based leading supplier of rigging and drapery solutions for the events and entertainment industry.This broad role will support project delivery through meticulous inventory management, coordinating between various departments, managing schedules, and addressing operational issues to support our company\'s goals.We are looking for a driven individual, with attention to detail, a positive, can-do attitude, and who wants to make a difference within a small team.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operational Support
Arrange deliveries and collections of equipment
Work with the Projects coordinate to support with the booking of external resource (and scheduling of internal resource)
Engage with suppliers for required products and services
Act as a liaison between departments ensuring communication & coordination
Communicate with external vendors and partners
Coordinate the schedule and requirements for the driver
Administrative Duties
Maintain records and documentation related to operational activities
Manage data entry within the Rental Management System - ensuring the information is accurate and up to date.
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate stock checks, and equipment testing and maintenance programs - recording all information accurately in the system
