Role Description

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing customer service, preparing quotations, coordinating with the teams, managing passes and related documents and ensuring smooth operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication skills, and knowledge in operations management.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in facility management
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to provide administrative assistance and support
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and promote a positive community
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in operations management or related field
• Expected to work as and when issues occur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
