Work with USA Warehouses & Trucking Companies Manager and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. . overseeing the efficiency, productivity, and quality of various aspects of a business, logistics, inventory, and customer service. . Assistant to the warehouses and trucking companies operations manager. . providing support to the operations leadership team, checking daily reports, ensuring compliance with operational rules, and managing. *Responsibilites:
- Process daily operation tasks according to applicable work procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure services are confirmed and delivered correctly.
- Monitor services on timeline and get confirmations quickly.
- Monitor cargo loads on the timeline and solve any issue immediately to avoid possible delay.
- Work hand-in-hand with other teams in the company to deliver the required service efficiently.
- Ensure Nejoum Express\'s quality of service is always maintained.
- Communicate with employees and management in a clear and concise manner
- Other tasks in line with the job scope as instructed by the Reporting Manager
- Fluent in Arabic & English (speaking + writing).
- 2-3 years experience in operations support services or any cargo/marine/aviation related field
- Additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Proficient in computer skills (word, excel, power point etc.).
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
