Job Description

• Monitor fresh projects and commercial prospects throughout the UAE market.
• In order to chase sales leads, market products, and complete orders, it is necessary to find, cultivate, and manage connections with Consultants, Contractors, and Joineries.
• to have the drive and aptitude to learn everything there is to know about furniture fitting products and services in order to create new business prospects.
• to be able to read and comprehend installation instructions and architectural drawings, as needed for the task.
• to accurately and thoroughly comprehend the pricing structures in order to be able to outbid or offer to outpace the competition and satisfy the company's expectations for gross profit.
• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

Requirements

• Gender : Male
• Minimum education : College Graduate / Bachelor's degree / Engineering degree
• Pre-requisite : UAE driving licence
• Previous experience : Minimum 3 years experience in operations & business development in an aluminium and steel company
